NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message for line 2. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product. We accept returns/exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Order can be returned/exchanged up to 14 days after the goods are delivered, we must be notified via email.
Items that have been personalised, altered or made to your specific requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
