Delivery & Returns

 

We are based in the United Kingdom, your product is shipped from the UK, we provide some of the fast, most affordable delivery options in the industry. Please check your import/customs charges for your country as the buyer is responsible for these, these will not be paid by ourselves. 

You must allow time for your order to be released from customs in the receiving country. Please note that we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order, especially those going outside the UK. 

 

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. Order can be returned/exchanged up to 14 days after the goods are delivered, we must be notified via email.

Your order can not be returned if you contact us after the 14 days period.  

Return items back within 30 days of delivery,  if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We don't accept cancellations.  Please make sure to contact us in advance before sending us back the item to authorise the return. 

Items that have been personalised, altered or made to your specific requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
