The frame can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters on the top. The bottom of the frame can be personalised with 2 lines of text with up to 25 characters per line.
Please avoid using upper case in your message as this can make the personalisation difficult to read.
This portrait frame holds a 5x7 print.
The frame comes with a stand, but does not include wall fittings.

We accept returns/exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Order can be returned/exchanged up to 14 days after the goods are delivered, we must be notified via email.
Items that have been personalised, altered or made to your specific requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
