t's so challenging to make yourself a priority, especially when the people taking up the rest of your time are worth it. But if you don't recharge to precious time for yourself it is impossible to support others. Have your quality time for yourself to relax, refuel and then you will be ready to love others. When you are not taking enough time for yourself the tiniest little things are enough to send you over the edge. You end up being miserable and also make everyone else miserable.

Getting sick more often is a sign from a weak immune system, lack of rest. How much sleep are you getting and how much downtime do you have on an average day? If you are sleeping adequately for more than six hours, then you would help to strengthen your immunity naturally. How do you take the time to improve your diet? You can improve a good diet and also boost your immunity by adding various food items like fruits, vegetables, nuts, which are rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

Drink water dehydrate can cause various health issues like headaches; it can even affect the functioning of the kidney and also can reduce your physical performance and can swing your mood. Take time for yourself to do what you love. What was the last thing you did for yourself? something you just chose to do, just for you. Have a "me-time", find a daily pocket of time that just for you. When you find yourself constantly overwhelmed, is a sign that you do not take that precious time for yourself, going from one task to another, with no time to relax the stress level on the top.

For some, the last thing you want to hear is to rest, especially when your to-do-list is as long as a resume. Life is fast-paced. It's crazy, it's hectic, and it seems like the wold never slow down. Pause, breath deep, and take some time for yourself, knowing full well you can hope right back into the busyness of life. When you are making time for yourself I encourage you to put your phone on silent, keep it in another room don't worry you will survive. It's okay to say no, some people struggle with the idea that they have to say yes to everyone and everything. Saying no is a beautiful thing.

By saying no, you aren't communicating to the other person they aren't worthy of your time. You're just simply saying that you don't have the time or desire to do that specific quest.

Just do your best to keep yourself in balance. Don't ask or demand too much of yourself in terms of time and effort. In other words, you just cannot burn the candle at both ends, so that you are physically tired, and then expect yourself to have a cheerful attitude. So, the rule of thumb has to be: "I'm going to be very, very happy, and then do everything I have time to do after that"
