Mental Health Awareness


Many are struggle with mental health, particularly at this tough period. It's a stressful time for all of us. We have to do our best to remember to be kind to others and to ourself.

Look after ourselves, the act of kindness will make a real difference for our own mental wellbeing.

Going through a global pandemic has been one of the biggest trials for many people.

We feed our mind with worries that affect our behaviour. We are all in this pandemic, but we do not all experience it the same way no two people go through a crisis alike.

We may experience similar feelings but we experience life differently because we are unique individuals.

Affirmations are declarations we can make to give us encouragement.

Here are some affirmations:


I am thankful for my family, friends and our shard experiences.

Difficulties are opportunities to learn.

I am stronger and more powerful than my challenges.

I am welcoming happiness into my life

I appreciate myself.

I deserve love compassion and empathy.

I believe in me and all that i can achieve.
