Before we can experience things to be grateful for, we need to start feeling grateful for what we already are, have and what we are becoming. Realizing that the universe provides us with the amazing gift of breathing each day, is evidence enough for us to realize the abundance and blessings that are given to us each day.
To be grateful for all your blessings as well as your lessons, in your thoughts, speech and actions. The act of gratitude and the mindset of gratitude is one of total peace with all that is, right now. Gratitude is to love and appreciate life and those around us, it helps you to grow and expand; gratitude brings joy and laughter into your life and into the lives of all those around you. It makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. Be grateful for every second of every day that you get to spend with the people you love. Life is so very precious.
Did you know that gratitude shields you from negativity, rewire your brain, eliminates stress, heals, improves sleep, boosts self-esteem, performance and improves relationships?
Spend every morning and every evening and focus on 3 things you are grateful for.
To be grateful for the place which we call home and the people we call our family.
Soul family are those we share a deep energetic bond with and that vibrate on the same frequency. Gratitude is the sweet shortcuts to finding peace o mind and happiness inside.
It is the single most important ingredient to living a successful and fulfilled life.
Gratitude in advance is the most powerful creative force in the universe. No matter what is going on outside of us, there's always something to we could be grateful for.
Acknowledging the good that is already in your life is the foundation of all abundance. Think about how rich you are. Your family is priceless, your health is wealth, and your time is gold. Gratitude is simple and beneficial. It focuses us on what we have, even if it is very little, instead of what we need. It connects us with the state of abundance that exists in our life and that many times, we do not recognize. It's the antidote to negative emotions, a neutralizer of envy, hostility, worry, and irritation. It is savouring; it is not taking things for granted; it is present-oriented. Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and create a vision for tomorrow.
Happy are those who take life day by day, complain very little, and are thankful for the little things in life. You are surrounded by many blessings every day. Spend some time noticing some of them today. This will give you a chance to receive and appreciate them more. When you let the universe know that you appreciate your gift, you are likely to receive more of them!
